How the Tournament System Works
We prioritize Participation over Preference.
The Problem
Gamers register for events weeks in advance but often forget to check back. If we relied solely on Team Leaders to accept join requests manually, many teams would remain half-full, and many solo players would be left stranded because leaders went AFK.
Our system operates on the principle that if you registered, you want to play.
The "Auto-Admin" Bot
Every few hours, our intelligent bot scans the tournament to optimize teams. It works in three phases:
Phase 1: The Unblocker
If a join request sits pending for too long (e.g., 24 hours), the bot assumes the leader is inactive and automatically accepts the request to fill the slot.
Phase 2: The Matchmaker
The bot looks for those on the Waiting List (players without a team) and force-assigns them to teams that still have open slots. It intelligently avoids putting kicked players back into the same team and skips matching players who have active pending requests to specific teams.
Phase 3: The Batch Creator
If all existing teams are full but there are still players left, the bot will create brand new teams for them automatically.
Discovery & Search
Our Hot and Upcoming lists are highly optimized for speed. Because of this, they are "rebuilt" every 30 minutes.
Why is my new event not listed?
Newly created events appear instantly in the "Latest" filter. However, to be featured in the "Hot" list, an event generally needs to be:
- Approved by the community staff.
- Relevant (starting within the next 24-48 hours).
- Filling up (events with higher engagement get higher priority).
Wait for the "Cook"
If you just updated or created an event, please wait for the next 30-minute sync cycle. Our system ensures the home page remains high-quality and free of expired or junk content.
What You Need To Do
- Create your team early if you have a squad.
- Accept your friends quickly.
- If you don't have a team, just register! The system will find one for you.
